Kevin B. Hart
Biographical Profile
Kevin Hart joined the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in 1999 under the Attorney General’s Honors Program. He is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and a graduate of Albany Law School. He has worked in both state and federal antitrust prosecutors offices and has participated in several high-profile criminal and civil investigations involving price fixing, bid rigging and related white collar crimes, including Sotheby’s, U.S. v. Taubman and U.S. v. Moody’s Investors Service.
Recently , he spent two years working in Main Justice in Washington, DC serving as a Special Assistant to the Directors of Enforcement.
